Artist Statement

I have always been a curious woman. The intimate relationship I’ve developed with movement and dance is a boundless journey with peaks and valleys of pleasure and pain. Intertwined with inspiration from my own life experiences, my artistry and work aims to lean into more sensations of pleasure and being seduced by movement. My pilgrimage as an artist creeps between the threshold of whimsy, etherealism, and vulgarity and I hope to engage my audience by evoking sensation unfelt before  and unable to be explained.
