A Collection of personal, intimate journal entries and poetry-
I draw forth
The light of optimism to swarm my skull
That the light will shine so brightly
With intention
That the heat swells in my ears
Maybe even so
I’ll shoot fire from my mouth
The love that conjoins with the sweat
Running down my spine
Could shower the Earth in it’s splendor
To me, love and kindness are key
To unlocking all things
All doors
All hearts and minds and spirits
I pray
I eject hope into the world so forcefully
That when it’s journey around the sun is complete
One of these blessed days
That hope may return to my being
I can make myself full again
Allowing the generous cycle to continue on
Without cease
I’ve always loved night time
Everything between the hours of 22 and 06 always seemed so sacred to me
When life is still
Except the life that is meant to live in the dark
Light pollutes the air
And makes the sky look blue
Maybe it always has been
What does a completely black sky look like anyway
The branches of tree looks like limbs of a living thing
Every living thing looks like something else
When the sun sets low
Cats, deer, and even raccoon
That scavenge throughout the night
In search of food look more like familiars than vermin
Familiar spirits in search of something
We’re all always in search of something
More life worth living
More love worth giving
The strength
To find the use in forgiving
I’m most in my thoughts during the lateness
I love the darkness
And the nightness so much
Because the truest forms of people become bare naked
Stripping away the layers of the day
The thick slabs of sweat and cloth
It feels like peeling off a daytime skin
Shedding a routine skin
And letting the soft underbelly of ones self
Be the true form encompassing every inch of flesh
And we let ourselves live in this flesh
As our outer shell scabs over while we sleep
I hope one day
We can all learn to live in our nighttime skin
In the sunlight
When it does comes
My heart feels like a sinking ship
Men and women
Reaching for life rafts
Clinging to ventricles
My blood cells
Are even drowning
When thoughts of you tread
My eyelids gain a pound
My mouth pouts
And remnants of your arms wrapped around me
Pulsate
Like the air
The gravity of your body never left me here
Your hands still feel weighted on my face
The pressure of you wooly head still graces my chest
Every once in a while
If I let my imagination wonder far enough
Mirages can appear
An instant replay of our moments together
Dances all over my bed
And the tub
The wall
The rooftop overlooking the sea of city before us
This shits corny
But I’d rather die a buttery death than leave this inscribed in my skull
Never to be written
Never to be heard or read
I wish my skin was made of cellophane
My bones made of glass
So that I
And you
And all people
Could see
With naked eyes
And bear witness
To the blood pumping throughout
My wonderland of body
My viens flooded with flecks of gold
And the heart that fuels it all
Drives every part to movement
It’s all set in motion
When you tread my mind
Like a well oiled machine

* makes me quiver.
Like a rose, you’re unfolding... I can’t wait to lick every petal when you’re in full bloom.
Desire
The wanting and longing
Can’t shake these forces
That are stalling
With every breath
Her air thickens
Smoggy, steamed
Windows and mirrors
Her body is veiled
Life lived behind smoke screens
For corners of Earth unseen
The quaking of crusted plates
Between physical and spiritual
Which world
Where does she exist
Spent her whole life
Searching for easy exists
Tearing these walls down
Bit by filthy bit
Here lies her temple
Not laid in mortar and brick
But flesh and blood
Muscle to bone
Flesh to muscle
Flesh to flesh
Encapsuled and waiting
She’s hallowed from the aching
She’s preparing for the rebirth
Get ready for the undertaking
STORY BOARD: FIRST DRAFT

Section 1-
The beginning of the first scene(section one) begins in eerie silence and then the camera pans up a set of stairs and focuses down a dark hallway. A spoken word piece is recited as the camera heads down the hallway slowly and approaches the door that reads “Beware” (As the camera is panning down the hallway, there are flashes of an image of a woman walking naked while dripping water and fake blood, dripping from and trailing behind her.)
The door opens and reveals a dark, dimly lit room, lit with colorful fading lights, the large fixtures of furniture are covered in black drapery. The overall feel of the environment is meant to provoke fear and curiosity. The camera enters and examines the room as the spoken word carries on.
Pan to the bathroom door, dim orange light leaking in the crack between the door and the floor
The door opens and reveals a set up for a spiritual bath, see this as a spiritual rebirth or a ceremony for one. The bath is covered with candles, crystals, a bowl of water, mortar and pestle , and the water in the tub is black and completely filled with rose petals and orange peels.
The camera zooms into the tub, flashes of the image of the same woman appearing in the tub, but her head is submerged.
The speaker then ends the poem with “Get ready for the undertaking.”
A dramatic beat drops (song is soon to be decided) and the woman breaks the water tension, coming to the surface, her entire head is draped in a sparkly black mesh fabric, the light from the candles reflecting off of the glimmer.
The section continues on with improv material both in the tub and in the bedroom, but in the bedroom, the woman is in a long black, spaghetti strapped dress, also soaking wet from the bath, the fabric is clinging to her, still wearing the mesh covering
The section ends with the woman leaving the bedroom and disappearing into the dark hallway (into the night)
The section begins with the camera panning down a dark alley, Elsa is down the alley wearing stripper heels, a full leather(or latex or lace or just colorfly whimsical and dark, but sexy outfit in general, wig preferred) with a man on a collar and leash with a flog. The song “Do a Bitch” by Kali starts. Elsa performs a pussystunt down the alleyway with the man on the leash trailing behind. Very dramatic, very powerful and a play on dynamics, gender roles, and play in fetishism
Elsa arrives at the front door and Micah, dressed in business attire with lingerie underneath his blazer. They greet each other, very smiley and happy to see each other, kiss on both cheeks as the french do, Micah acknowledges the man on the leash by patting him on the head and scratching his chin. Micah escorts them both upstairs. Elsa and Micah enter the house and it reveals a collection of clothes laid out on the couch (accessories, dresses, lingerie, shoes, boots, make up)
They happily throw around the clothes like teenage girls and then a dressup montage begins with the start of “If I was your girlfriend” By Prince
They then begin to dress up, switch clothes, switching gender roles, one person will be more masculine than femine and vice versa. There will then come a scene of them playing the parents and the man on the leash, the loyal dog, thinking of three kinky people playing house.
(
The film ends with a finale of nude color schemes, wide landscape, and more whimsical and ethereal themes, making the final transition from darkness to light. The scene will be the woman from section performing a section of choreography with elements of improvisation and gestures. She’ll be wearing a nude mesh leotard and nude chiffon skirt, this should flow in the wind. Arm and legs covered in glitter. “Rolling Hills” by Jill Scott will play in the background. Bits from every scene flashes during this scene, almost
like memories flashing in your mind before death. The film will then end with the woman walking off into the scenery (or actual sunset depending on the location) just as she did when walking into the dark hallway in the beginning. Camera pans off into the sky. End of film.
